After a tough outside review, the stories in Cyber Patrol, Packet Trail and Help Desk now have more conversation and less lecture, chapters come in short parts with a recap after each, and many incidents include a hands-on step (fill the firewall table, tap the bad log lines, type the subnet). Logs fit phone screens, each badge has its own picture, and Terminal's story got step-by-step SHOW ME help and stars.
